Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our car rental services.
1. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between you (the renter) and Jagdamba Car Rental (the company).
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid driving license
- Valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport)
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellation charges may apply as per our cancellation policy.
4. Vehicle Usage
The vehicle must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. Any damages will be charged to the renter.
5. Insurance
Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available at extra cost.
